● Case of getting caught in the rotary drill blade when drilling with cotton gloves on(면장갑을 착용하고 작업 중, 회전 드릴 날에 감겨 말린다.)

● Case of getting flying chips in the eye while drilling with no protective goggles on (보안경을 착용하지 않은 상태에서 작업 중 칩이 작업자의 눈으로 비산된다.)

Pre- and Post-Work Check(작업 전ㆍ후에 할 일)

● Check whether the outlet and the plug are grounded as well as the short circuit breaker (30mA, 0.03 second). (콘센트와 플러그의 접지 및 누전차단기(30mA, 0.03초) 설치를 확인한다.)

● Wear safety helmet, safety shoes, protective goggles, dustproof mask, and protective gloves. (작업모, 안전화, 보안경, 방진마스크, 보호장갑을 착용한다.)

● Stretch before and after work.(작업 전ㆍ후 스트레칭을 한다.)

● Work against the wind on the side of the whetstone while watching the passageway. (숫돌의 측면에서 바람을 등지고 통로를 바라보며 작업한다.)

● Grind the processed material slowly on the whetstone, applying the needed force. (가공물은 숫돌에 천천히, 필요한 힘만 가하며 연삭한다.

● For internal work, use the local exhaust system or the total ventilation system.(실내 작업 시 국소배기장치나 전체환기장치를 사용한다.)

● Make sure that the hose is neither kinked nor damaged. Do not wind it around a container. (호스는 꼬이거나 손상되지 않도록 하고 용기에 감아 놓지 않는다.)

● Make sure that the length of the hose is at least more than 3m.(호스의 길이는 최소 3m 이상 되도록 한다.)

● Blow foreign matter away in the hose after changing it. (호스를 교체한 후 호스 내 이물질을 깨끗이 불어낸다.)

● Make sure that the hose is fully tightened by hose band or clip. (호스밴드나 클립을 사용하여 확실하게 조인다.)

● Slowly open the valve to prevent a spurt of gas. (밸브는 서서히 열어 갑자기 가스가 분출되지 않도록 한다.)

● Check the cutout and pressure regulator before work.(작업 전에 안전기와 압력조정기를 점검한다.)

● Check for any leak before work using soap water or gas detector.(작업 전에 비눗물이나 가스감지기를 이용하여 누설 여부를 확인한다.)

● Do not use oxygen for ventilation, cooling, or dust removal.(산소를 통풍, 냉각, 먼지 제거에 사용하지 않는다.)

● Do not weld or cut off by welding the container holding flammables directly. (가연성 물질을 담은 용기를 바로 용접ㆍ용단하면 안 된다.)

● When stopping the work or taking a break, close the supply valve and check for any spark nearby.(작업을 중단하거나 휴식할 땐 공급밸브를 잠그고 주변 불티를 확인한다.)

● The container shall be bound and kept upright so that it does not fall over in a place that is far away from the heat source. (용기는 열원에서 떨어진 곳에 넘어지지 않도록 묶어서 세워 보관한다.)

● After work, separate the torch or the hose to be kept in the designated place. (작업종료 후 토치나 호스는 분리하여 지정장소에 보관한다.)
