ARROZ CON LECHE INGREDIENTES: 1 l de leche250 gr de arroz100 gr de azúcar1 limón1 canela en rama2 cucharadas de canela en polvoARROZ CON LECHE PREPARACIÓN:Arroz con leche: Pon en un cazo al fuego con abundante agua y cuando comience a hervir echa el arroz. Déjalo 10 minutos y apaga el fuego. En otro cazo pon a fuego lento la leche y el azúcar dándole vueltas para que se disuelva. Cuando la leche comience a hervir, añádele el arroz escurrido, el azúcar la canela en rama y la piel de limón cortada finamente. Déjalo hervir suavemente durante 15 minutos después de los cuales lo echarás a una fuente plana, y lo espolvorearas con la canela molida. Esta receta es espesitaServir frío.

Spanish Tortilla.

Ingredients for 4 6 5 persons

1 kilo of potatoes.

9 eggs.

1 medium onion.

Olive oil.

Salt

Preparation.

Peel and cut the potatoes,

Slice an onion.

Keep the fire not very strong for potatoes and onions, cook them in oil.

When they are soft, remove the oil.

In a bowl, beat eggs, then add the yolks and continue beating.

Put a pan in the fire, put the mixture of eggs, potatoes and onions.

Place it again in a circular motion and let cook 1 to 2 minutes

Recipe Steps:

Mi recipe is Paella by LucíaIngredients:

a pepper.

Garlic

Rice

First fry the pepper, the garlic, the onion and fried tomato.

Preheat oven

Melt the butter in a saucepan.

In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking

powder and vanilla extract.

Add eggs, melted butter and hot water and mix until smooth.

Add chocolate chips and nuts.

Bake approximately 20-30 minutes.

Cool the cake. Glace with the chocolate frosting.

Ingredients of roscón: Fernandez and chetooo!!cristian fernandez ruben serrano

650 g of flour, 250 ml of milk, 25-30 g of fresh yeast, 120g sugar, 120g butter, softened, 2 eggs and 1 yolk, 10 g salt, 2 1 / 2 tablespoons water orange blossom, 2 or 3 tablespoons of rum, grated peel of 1 large lemon and 1 orange.

To garnish: candied fruits to taste, sugar, 1 beaten egg, baking figurines.

How to Prepare roscón:

We must make the dough in a bowl mix one part milk (warm) with two or three tablespoons of flour and yeast crumbled. Cover and let ferment for nearly an hour.

Moreover sift flour into a large bowl and let the dough and adding fermented ingredients included. The butter will be the last of all. We must go knead until it is homogeneous. You have to knead for a long time, that it is a little sticky but not loose. Adding more flour if necessary.

Then we will put the dough on a tray or bowl and let ferment for another 2 hours. In a more or less hot without air. After this time knead a little.

The following is shaping the roscón. It leaves a hole in the center which is then smaller. You can put fruit decoration and paint with beaten egg. It will cover one hour. (It may be in a preheated oven at 50 º but it is off).

Finally painted egg mass, decorated with sugar and bake at medium altitude in the oven at 180 º for 20 to 25 minutes.

RECIPE CEVICHE By JackIngredients:1k. fish3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed2 tablespoons green chilli 15 lemonscorianderparsleypeppersalaji mountain chopped

Preparation:El pescado de corta en forma de dados de 1 1/2 cm. aprox. Se pone en una fuente y si el

pescado esta verdaderamente fresco, es mejor no sumergir los dados en agua con sal. Se recomienda remojarlos para limpiar las impurezas (en casa le agregan un poquito de leche). Luego se le agrega los dientes de ajo molidos o chancados, pimienta y las dos   cucharadas de aji verde molido y se revuelve todo. En la fuente y con el pescado bien saturado de sabor del ajo, el aji y la pimienta, se exprimen 12 limones. Se remueve con una cuchara de palo y de deja reposar de 10 a 15  minutos (mientras más fresca sea el pescado, mas rápido se cocinara) y se echa sal. Luego se pica perejil y cilantro y se cubre el pescado con la cebolla, adornándolocon aji montaña picado a rajas de rocoto al gusto. Finalmente, se espolvorea rápidamente encima de la  cebolla un poco mas de sal y se exprimen el resto de los limones. Se sirve sin demora, pues el cebiche se marchita. Se adorna con lechuga, camote (batata) asado o sancochado y también dos choclos (jojoto).

Milkshake of milk and chocolate.Preparation:

1. Melt the chocolate and add the milk.

2. Add the syrup of mint and stir it until it is well dissolved.

3. Serve cold chocolate with the mint leaves.

Hi! I am Ana, I have got some pets but the principal are Iris and Guismo. Iris is a dog, female. She is very little, she is nine months old. Iris' hair is light brown. Guismo is a guinea pig, it is little, black and white and he is 2 years old. Guismo is the father of Janira's guinea pig, Harley.

But one day my cousin went to the Candeleda (Ávila), and he saw one cat . So, he arrived home with the cat in

the hand.

The following Sunday, my parents went to

Denia,(Alicante). And the cat (her name is Bicho) is

behind the door.

It is of colour white, Kira is very lovely and beautiful. We play football with Kira
