Who is a contributor?Contributor go all out to try and find an answer they take responsibility for making things happen in any situation.
He has a 10 years experience in this field.
He take his work as a vision since life has no full stop.
He think that to become a successful employ ,first is must work honestly.
He has faced a lot of hurdles but he think they are opportunities for him.
Internal satisfaction is a job satisfaction in his view
When I asked him;” sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your expectations. How do you make them work?” he replied that “ I am try to motivate for the work and show benefits of the work”
He think that education makes a man perfect so, he help them become educated and intelligent
When I asked him;” sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your seniors are not supporting according to your expectations. How do you make them convince ?” he replied that “I try for convince to support me, if they don’t than I do my work my own way.”
I said him to tell me about your “you can do” attitude and “overcome the fear of failure”. He replied me that in the 9th std in English subject he got a failure but he overcome and made a man of myself.
When I asked him to about his short term vision and long term vision, he said that he has not short term vision , only long term vision became goals are always farther than you think.
His message to future engineers is work for your country.
He also share his personal experience of his life. He says that his turning point is that day when he fail in 9th std in English subject. Then he do hard work on it and now he is a best teacher in English subject.
CONCLUSIONHe is a contributor in my way of view & From above some qualities of contributors is satisfied so he has dynamic personality.
