重庆通用工业(集团)有限责任公司为大型国有企业,主要研究生产大型工业透平机械,主要产品有工业通风机、鼓风

机、压缩机、离心制冷机和风力发电叶片。重通公司设计生产的离心通风机致力于钢铁行业、水泥行业近三十年,见证了

宝钢风机国产化的进程和新型干法水泥的发展。宝钢风机第一台国产化从重通开始,第一条2000吨/日、5000吨/日新型干

法水泥的窑尾高温风机都是由重通公司提供。“重通”离心通风机在钢铁、水泥行业起到风机行业的带头军作用。

Chongqing General Industry (Group) CO., LTD is a large state-owned enterprise, mainly specializing in large industrial

turbine machinery. The main products are industrial fan, blower, compressor, centrifugal chiller and wind vane. Centrifugal

fan is designed and manufactured by CQGI used in the iron and steel industry, cement industry nearly thirty years,

witnessing the BAO Steel Fan localization process and the development of new dry process cement. BAO Steel fan first

localization began from CQGI, the first NSP cement preheater high temperature fan with production ability 2000 tons/day,

5000 tons/day is provided by CQGI company. “CQGI" centrifugal fan in the steel, cement industry plays a leading role in

industry of fan.

由于前些年国家对于基础建设投资较大,房地产火爆,钢铁、水泥行情好,各钢铁、水泥生产厂家超产欲望

强烈,致使设计参数与运行参数偏差较大,再加上设计配风时又留有15%-20%的富余量。这就造成风机设计

工况点在80%以上的高效点,而实际运行的工况点与设计工况点偏移,致使实际在低效率点上运行,有的低

到了40%的效率点上运行。

Due to large investment in infrastructure, real estate, steel and cement industry recent year, the iron and

steel, cement manufacturers desire strongly and cause that the design parameters and operation

parameters deviation is bigger, and the worse that the air distribution with 15% - 20% of the amount of

surplus when design. This makes the fan design point is in more than 80% efficient point, and the actual

running condition and design conditions of deviation causes the actual running at low efficiency point, even

to 40% efficiency point.

风机结合现场管道的匹配情况不是最优,缺乏风机与系统合理衔接的研究。

风机设计效率不高,没有达到世界最先进水平。

风机产品恶性竞争,价格低廉不能生产高端产品。

Combination between fan and piping doesn’t match perfect, lack of researching linking to fan and the system.

Design efficiency is not high, not reached the world's most advanced level. Vicious competition, fan at low

price can't produce high-end products.

该风机原运行电流44A~46A左右,按拉法基标准测试风机运行效率38%~43%,我们采用最节省时间和成本的方式,对叶轮进行改造设计,更换转子组的方案。更换后按拉法基标准测试风机风机运行效率75%,运行电流26A~28A。该风机配套电机400KW 6KV,节约有功功率约120kw/h。

The original operating current of the fan is 44A ~ 46A or so, according to Lafarge Standard test fan operation

efficiency of 38% to 43%, we apply the most time and cost-saving way to transform the design of the impeller.

After replacing, The Fan operating efficiency is 75% according to the standard tests by Lafarge Fan, and the

operating current is 26A ~ 28A. The fans match with motor 400KW 6KV, save active power about 120kw / h.

一年价值计算为:120×24×300×0.7=60.5万元/USD96,031.00.

在SJ9000烧结鼓风机(主抽)设计点与运行点几乎没有偏差,原电机3500KW、6KV,不换电机实施改

造后,为了能够更直观的反映节能效果,把转子安装在烧结系统与未进行改造前相同机组的生产线进行对比测试,

风机本身的效率提高18%,节约有功功率630kw/h,一年节约约315万元。

钢厂的所有大型风机、水泥生产线上五大风机的改造,如果采用CFD优化风机叶轮,再结合偏工况点的现状,

一起改造效果将会更加明显。

Sintering blower (spindle) in SJ9000, the design point and the operating point is almost no deviation,

the original motor 3500KW, 6KV, after no change in motor implementation of the transformation, in

order to reflect the energy-saving effect more directly , the rotor is mounted before sintering system and

not to transform the same unit production line comparison test, the efficiency of the fan itself increased

by 18%, saving active power 630kw / h, a year to save about 315 million.

All transformation of large fan and five fan on the cement production line, if the fan impeller is by CFD

optimization, combined with the status quo bias operating point, the effect of reconstruction will be

more obvious.
