Customer ServiceA lady customer was talking to the sales promoter in a department store. The store manager walked in and heard the sales promoter telling the customer, “No, ma’am, we haven’t had any for some weeks now, and it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting any soon.” Angry at what was being said, the manager rushed over but the customer had left the store.
