Preparation

Preparation

To make the sandwich we cut the bread lengthwise and place inside all the ingredients.

• Baguet te bread (long thin loaf of F r e n c h b r e a d ) e i ther wh i te or wholegrain (16cm to 20cm long )

• A piece of feta cheese (100gr - 150gr)

• 1 tomato medium size

• 1-2 lettuce leaves • 2-3 tablespoons

olive oil • Oregano • 3-4 black olives

Preparation

We place all the ingredients in a bowl, adding salt, caper and olive oil.

We garnish with the feta cheese (or place it on top of the salad), parsley and olive oils.

We sprinkle the cheese with oregano.

Preparation

To make the "PITA GYRO" we first cut the meat into small pieces. Then we fry them adding salt, pepper and any seasonings we like. We also fry the potatoes and cut the onion in small slices.

We open the “pita bread”, add all the ingredients on it and them we “wrap” in order to create a funnel shaped "pita bread".
