Beer

● 4,000 B.C. or more

● Around 1,400 A.D. (after “distillation” invented)

Why nobody knows the beginning?

Because of the simplest ingredients

1. Get the pure honey whatever you like

2. Get the yeast (Wine yeast will work)

3. Be sure you sterilized the bottle you use

4. Mix the honey, water, and yeast

5. Wait (several days in summer, 1-2 weeks in winter)

6. Enjoy!
