Shared vision sbg Hologram

� Hologram adalah gambaran 3 dimensiyang tercipta dgn menginteraksikansumber-sumber cahaya.

� Apabila sebuah hologram dibagi/dipotong, setiap bagiannya(sekecil apapun) menunjukkankeseluruhan yang utuh.

� Sedangkan apabila gambar (non-hologram) dibagi/dipotong maka setiapbagian menunjukkan hanya sebagian darikeseluruhan gambar.

� “Visionary” is how he is most often described in relation to apple, the

company he founded with high school buddy Steve Wozniak in 1976, was fired from in 1985, and then returned to in 1997

with a renewed sense of purpose.

� According to LA Times, the market value of Apple’s shares has grown from about $US5 Billion in 2000 to

$US351 Billion today making it one of the biggest publically listed companies in the US.

don’t);

� Mengubah yg tidak mungkin menjadi mungkin, bahkanmenjadi realita (turn impossible into possible thing);

� Tidak bekerja sendiri (building collaborative teamwork);

� Fokus & disiplin tinggi untuk mencapai tujuan (focused n

highly disciplined) … Plus

� Penguasaan Teknologi.

� Bacalah kasus yg tersedia, dan pahami problematika yg terjadi!

� Setelah membaca kasus tsb, Anda diminta bekerja dalam 3 kelompok:

o Klp 1: merepresentasikan Duck Tours;o Klp 1: merepresentasikan STB (Singapore Tourism Board);o Klp 1: merepresentasikan LTA (Land Transport Authority).

� Tugas masing2 kelompok adalah sbb:

o Identifikasikan kepentingan perusahaan / instansi Anda;o Identifikasikan kesulitan / dilema apa yg timbul jika Anda bersikukuh dengan

kepentingan perusahaan / instansi;o Solusi apa saja yg Anda tawarkan thd masalah tsb, dan apakah solusi tsb dapat

diterima oleh pihak lain?

� Refleksi semua kelompok: bagaimanakah Kepemimpinan Visioner dapatmenjamin pencapaian tujuan / visi bersama dan mengurangi fragmentasi antarpihak?
