Linkcare is a platform that allows different health care actors (including patients) to work in a collaborative way to maximize health outcomes. Business is made trough paying to access treatments (knowledge library), to enable certain platform capabilities (like tele-coaching) and to access donated anonymous data (R&D).

2.What success have you had so far in your current chosen markets?· BC3: 25.000 patient trial in Beijing to prove clinical and economic efficiency of a C3 protocol· Clinical trials: AZ. 32 sites, 5 countries and 180 patients· Osakidetza (Basque Country). +150 Primary Care Centers integrated and 3.200 patients/year treated
