Have you ever travel by air? How do people usually travel when they go abroad? Why? When you travel within the country, do you usually go by car, by plane, ship or by train? When did you last travel by train?

Разработка поурочного плана в соответствии с Программой обновления содержания образования:

The 10th grade. SpeakingTheme: Holidays and travels Objectives: 1. Give an opinion of discourse level on a range of general and curricular topics.Materials: Blob tree, pictures- transport in London and in Astana.Plan:

1. First regrouping the students into four groups. Making collaborative atmosphere.2. Lead in. Generating interests and activating current knowledge.

T-Cl: FA -questions; a) Is travelling popular today? What means of travelling do you know? Which means of travel are the most popular with the passengers? Why? Which is the fastest way of travelling? Have you ever travel by air? How do people usually travel when they go abroad? Why? When you travel within the country, do you usually go by car, by plane, ship or by train? When did you last travel by train? Do you like to change trains? When do you prefer to travel in winter or in summer?- Teacher: The theme of our lesson? –right. Travels and holidays.

3. T-Cl: instruction. Each group has a task and a blob tree for their assessment (.Before starting the work, each student can define where he/she in a blob tree)-Ex 1. find the definition for the following words. S1S2S3-Ex 2. find the synonyms.S1S2S3

4. The text . a) Discuss your preferences of travelling by car, train or plane in pairs. Substantiate your choice b) Think and say about advantages and disadvantages of travelling by different means of transport. Make a list. (Each group choose to tell about a train, a plane, a car, a bus)

5. Feedback. Finish the sentences: - I wish I went to…by….- I’d like to go to … by…- I don’t like to travel by…- I prefer to travel by…..

The last point they again marks, where are they in a blob tree.
