Open Internet Explorer

Two pages will open ‘Yahoo email’ & ‘Google’ websites, one behind the other.

Your email will log-in automatically as you open Internet Explorer

Click on the Internet Explorer icon

Search for the webpage to send• Here is BBS news page about Nelson Mandela’s funeral.

Create a new email

Select the webpage address• Click (once) in the top box and all the text will become highlighted

in blue.

• If it isn’t highlighted, then click at the beginning of the text and hold the mouse button down, then move the mouse to the end of the text and release.

Copy the webpage address• Right click (once) on the blue highlighted text this menu

will appear.

Adding the link to the email.

• In the main part of the email, right click on the point where you want to add the link and this menu will appear. Left click on ‘Paste’.

Completed email• Complete the email as normal and send.• N.B webpage address are automatically recognised as a link to the webpage so

when you click on it will open Internet Explorer and find the webpage.
