• Overall coordination responsibility for Design & Construction BIM’s

• Clash Detection & Reports

• Produce the Employers Information Requirements (EIR’s), Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) including any Project BIM Templates

• Set the Geospatial Location of the Project

• Should be in a position to manage sub-contractors BIM deliverables, technicians and the BIMs

• Coordinate the sequencing and scheduling of resources to arrive on site at predetermined times.
