With natural disasters increasing nearly ten-fold during the past four decades, balanced engagement of men and women is essential

Research found that Fortune 500 companies with high percentages of women officers:

• 35% higher return on equity

• 34% higher total return than companies with fewer women executives

Environmental ImpactsWomen exhibit more environmentally responsible behavior than men.

When women are involved in the development of the economy, societies develop a stronger sense of responsibility which is needed to maintain a positive balance between humans and the earth’s resources

• Flexible work practices need to be offered to meet family commitments without impairing careers

• Reach women through the channels they use every day to highlight Clear Intentions as a young female owned company in manufacturing.

Recruiting & Retaining Women In Manufacturing

Studies have found of women in manufacturing that:• 50% feel that having very few to no women

currently in executive or management positions is a primary obstacle to retention and advancement

• 74% believe there is an industry bias towards men for leadership positions

• 47% feel that there is a lack of mentorship for women

• 29% say that a stronger positive exposure to the industry at an early age encourages young women to pursue careers in manufacturing

Clear Intentions’ goals and strategies:

• Give equal opportunity to women in the industry

• Hold the same standard for both men and women

• Change the perception of manufacturing in young girls minds by participating in school programs to teach them what manufacturing really is
