The MLA Chhattisgarh Brijmohan Agrawal ordered the concerned department officers to explain the pending issues regarding the basic amenties .
MLA Chhattisgarh Brijmohan Agrawal launched the 'Lok Suraaj' campaign at village Lakholi of Arang Development Block in Raipur district. He also announced
a series of development works in the block.
The Minister promised laying of a road to the village connecting the National Highway 53 and installation of transformer within 15 days. He performed a
'Bhoomipujan' (ground-breaking ceremony) for a community hall and C.C.Road and dedicated a veterinary hospital to the village.
The order has been issued to solve the drinking water problem at Bhatapara and Stationpara as early as possible.
He also enquired with the Patwari, gram panchayat secretary, Anganwadi workers, Mitanins, health workers and Public Distribution System about the functioning of
the departments.
When he met the masses, he expressed his satisfaction by stating that most of the schemes are reaching the masses. He urged the women to concentrate on the
education of their children and deliver their babies in State Government hospitals.
The women health workers explained the benefits of medicare and delivery at institutions. The village women must understand the benefits of the different
schemes and visit the medical institutions.
The MLA Chhattisgarh sanctioned Rs 30 lakh for laying of road to Lakholi via Dharamkanta. New transformer will be installed within 15 days in the village
to solve the perpetual problem of low voltage.
