At Warner Bros., Digital Servicing of content (features, tv episodic, enhanced content, metadata, marketing assets, etc.) to B2B clients/partners has become increasingly complex due to a myriad of internal and external factors:

What is TOPS?
TOPS, or Technical Operations Platform Solution, is a WBTO initiative to streamline and automate digital servicing processes and enable digital supply chain agility.
Some of the key objectives of the program are to:
• Improve client service by enabling systematic access to data and services
• Decrease manual effort, tracking, and overhead with respect to servicing processes
• Increase accessibility and use of appropriate digital assets
• Enhance visibility into workflow metrics and overall workload and enable improved internal reporting
• Aggregate key metadata across entities (title, product, asset)
