HOW WE GOT STARTEDAS A YOUNG GIRL, IT WAS MY DREAM TO SEE THE BACKSTREET BOYS LIVE. SADLY BEFORE I BECAME OLD ENOUGH AND HAD THE CHANCE TO SAVE ENOUGH MONEY FROM DOING ODD JOBS AROUND THE HOUSE AND COMMUNITY, MY FAVORITE BOY BAND OF ALL TIME HAD BROKEN UP. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF THAT I HADN’T SAVED ENOUGH MONEY IN TIME. BEFORE I KNEW IT, I HAD CREATED A PLAN IN MY HEAD THAT COULD HELP ALL THOSE WHO COULDN’T AFFORD CONCERTS BY GIVING BACK TO THOSE IN NEED. BY PUTTING MY CLUTTERED THOUGHTS INTO ACTION . . . BUILD TO THE BEAT WAS BORN.BUILD TO THE BEAT IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOUNDED TO HELP THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY PROSPER AS WELL AS HELP CONCERT GOERS ATTEND THEIR DREAM PERFORMANCES.
