Given a free choice:To me? Some thick berk talking utter b**!!5\/t and hoping no one realises that here's a twit with a pinky ring and no money, who knowingly proceeds regardless that the listeners are all actually fully aware of said shortcomings, but that seems to get away with it for long enough to become part of the property scene. Whereas the people who are any good at it do not need to use buzz words as they get how it all works without the need to charge for this rubbish by the hour.

The process of defining the vision, mission, values, objectives and strategy (tactics) of an estate.

Establish the time horizon and aims, put in place a plan to deliver, KPI's to monitor with a tandem vanity project for the principal!

100 year plan

A must that most land managers fail to complete.

Balancing the triple bottom line

Alignment

the 8 key elements of strategic planning are Core Values, Purpose, MIssion, Strategic Anchors, Focus, Goals, Value proposition and Brand (or reputation) promise. All this needs careful consideration and then execution - thats the difficult bit!!
