-­ Address  their  concern  head  on:  “I  completely  understand  why  you’d  be  concerned,  I  would  be  too…”

-­ Put  the  candidate  at  ease: “We  encourage  transparency  and    work  with  Glassdoor  closely  to  monitor  and  address  these  concerns  internally   immediately”

-­ Support  your  cause  (use  stats): “In  fact,  Yelp  employees  have  ranked  Yelp  28%  higher  in  culture  &  values  than  the  average  company  on  Glassdoor”
