Ankify situation!

•  Main  resource  –  Fishing  

•  Water  –  Well  pumps  –  Dirty  –  Expose  to  germs  

•  Food  –  Rice  is  expensive  

•  School  –  Not  all  children  are  schooled  –  They  have  to  walk  for  4kms  on  dangerous  road

•  WaAer  Supply  –  In  the  hills  600  meters  from  the  village  there  is  a  source  that  delivers  water  nearly  the  all  

year.  Pipe  has  to  be  installed  1ll  the  village  and  200  meters  more  in  the  village  to  plug  5  taps  

•  Food  –  In  December  the  rice  price  can  increase  up  to  30%  –  Distribu1on  of  rice,  stocking  rice  for  December  

•  Healthcare  –  First  pharmacy  assistance  

•  Schooling  –  Organiza1on  Madilo  bought  a  land  to  build  a  school  –  Defini1on  of  budget  for  2011  –  Mee1ng  to  define  who  will  be  the  teachers

•  It  is  necessary  that  young  people  are  able  to  make  the  right  decisions,  taking  into  account  their  health,  their  educa1on,  but  also  their  right.  

•  A  land  has  been  bought,  the  popula1on  started  to  clean  it  up  •  Our  Project  :  A  school  for  90  children  

–  Promo1ng  access  to  educa1on  as  many  children  in  this  village  –  Improving  condi1ons  for  child  care  to  beAer  support  them  in  their  schooling  –  Financing  school  opera1ons  (furniture,  books,  pencils,  …)  –  Ensuring  teachers'  salaries  –  Ensuring  school  fees  (1  euro  /  month  /  child)  –  Canteen  fund  to  ensure  that  children  have  at  least  one  meal  per  day
