CertaintyWhen our need for Certainty is met, we feel StabilitySafetyComfort

VarietyHumans must have change in their lives. Without change you will not be stimulated and will grow bored, your life will grow stagnate and you will begin looking for something else to fill this need. SignificanceThis need is fulfilled when we feel special and worthy of attention. When it is not fulfilled you will

Act in exaggerated manners that draw attention to youElevate yourself above others by demeaning them directly or to othersLimiting others abilities to help in situations to increase your feeling of importance

Love/ConnectionYou have needs to feel connected to others and have a sense of belongingYou want and need to know you are loved

Without love and connection you will begin looking for it in the form ofPutting yourself in a position of being neededParticipation in relationships that are not healthyDoing things you normally would not do
