What´s been going on at MESH?

‣Seeds is now closed due to restrictions in our alcohol license ‣«Næringsetaten» concluded that they do not want club activity in the spaces, and shortened our opening hours from closing at 3:00 to 1:00 ‣The consequence to this was that we had to close Seeds and change the concept much faster than originally planned ‣Due to the restrictions our economy has been affected, resulting in down sizing of staff ‣Sad news, but MESH won´t let this stop our future development

‣We have planned a more targeted concept for a long time ‣MESH is now 3 years, and it´s time to professionalize the brand further and make adjustments ‣We want to create an optimized product for our members ‣We want to focus on developing the community ‣We want to sharpen our identity, brand and communication

‣MESH has been a lot of different things for the last 3 years ‣Now time has come to focus on our main target areas: 1. Memberships 2. Services: Workspaces, BAR concept, meeting rooms, event spaces, weekly events and member services ‣The Makerspace will be shut down from the 29th of June due to construction work and focus on our main target areas

‣The new concept and the restructuring of the building will involve a service point for our members ‣The service point will increase the quality and service ‣The service point will: - handle post - have set opening hours - a dedicated service manager that welcomes guest, meeting participants, answers questions etc

‣ Memberships will be simplified: - Offices - Desk: fixed/flex - Community

‣The building will go through a renovation to meet the new concept ‣We will mainly focus on the 1st and 2nd floor ‣Café will be moved to the backyard - open all year round, 7 days a week ‣Old café will become event space, like MESH house ‣Maker Space will become 3 meeting rooms ‣More storage in U-floor ‣New BAR concept with increased quality: food / coffee / cocktails

Introducing the new membership: Worklounge

‣The 2nd floor will be used for our new membership: Worklounge ‣An exclusive membership for those who want to connect and work with likeminded creators in comfortable and high quality spaces ‣The space will still be used for events nighttime ‣The mezzanine will be part of BAR concept and open for all ‣More info to come!

What´s going to happen now? ‣Café has its last week before summer ‣We start construction on the 29th of june ‣There will be noise and we apologize for the inconvenience. Be patient - the effect will be for the better! ‣We will be digging out new storage during july and maybe some of august ‣We will be changing the ventilation system in the 1st and 2nd floor ‣We will move the kitchen from the 2nd to the 1st floor ‣The work will continue until the new concept opening on the 1st of October ‣We will do our best to minimize the inconvenience! ‣Food and drinks will be available all through the period
