FILOSOFIA
"Homens e depois Jogadores de futebol"
Princípios educacionais e métodos de ensino baseiam-se em compreendimento científico das diferentesfases de crescimento, pelas quais os jogadores de futebol passam: respeito para os outros, participaçãoativa na vida em grupo, troca e compartilhamento de ideias, compartilhamento da vitória e da derrotaexatamente na mesma maneira, em outras palavras, tanto uma experiência individual quanto coletivaque leva ao desenvolvimento do indivíduo e do grupo.
Jogar futebol deve ser uma ferramenta que permite aos jovens expressar a sua criatividade eindependência em um ambiente que é saudável e relaxado, em que as regras são as mesmas para cadaum.

O QUE NÓS DESENCORAJAMOS NO COMPORTAMENTO DO TÉCNICO
1. Ser crítico demais com os atletas;
2. Muitas medidas disciplinares;
3. Usar demais tempo para corrigir erros;
4. Organização e planejamento insuficientes da sessão de treino;
5. Pouca diversão e recreação durante a sessão de treino.
PLANEJAMENTOVários princípios metodológicos básicos foram seguidos para elaborar esse guia técnico e o programa de treinos que nóspropomos. Ao passo que os princípios subjacentes desse trabalho devem ser evidentes a partir deste layout, eles nãodevem determinar o uso de texto e não são destinados a limitar escolhas individuais dos técnicos. Eu acreditofortemente que a liberdade de um técnico é um aspecto fundamental e indispensável para o processo de ensino. Naverdade, eu acredito que é tanto útil quanto necessário para técnicos para adaptar as suas escolhas ao time com quetrabalham..
Planejamento significa identificar o objetivo a ser alcançado e inserí-lo em um cronograma viável, seguindo uma extensaanálise do cenário inicial. Para definir um objetivo concreto e realista, você precisa ter um amplo conhecimento doambiente em que você trabalha. Portanto, você deve considerar:
•o nível dos jogadores com que você trabalha;•as instalações à sua disposição;•as instalações à sua disposição;•a disponibilidade de responsáveis do clube, médicos e fisioterapeutas.

METODOLOGIA
Com métodos tradicionais, isto é, sem a aplicação imediata de técnica em situações do jogo ou em situaçõessemelhantes, é possível ter dificuldades na transformação de ações "fechadas", aprendidas em condiçõespadronizadas e facilitadas, em habilidades "abertas", isto é, disponíveis em formas variáveis.
Hotz elaborou o "método concêntrico" com base nesse conceito.
Você começa uma tarefa tática que pode ser realizada com habilidades básicas, que até iniciantes possuem;subsequentemente (mas também simultaneamente), os jovens trabalham e condições facilitadas e controladaspara aperfeiçoar sua técnica. Essa sequência adota uma forma circular e é então reusada em níveis comconstante aumento. Vamos ver um exemplo desse método:
1a fase: Simular fases no jogo usando regras extremamente simplificadas: p. ex., mover-se de forma devagar nosentido do gol adversário com passes elementares.2a fase: Executar os mesmos passes em movimento em condições simplificadas (refinamento inicial domovimento).3a fase: Análise detalhada da técnica de passar uma bola sem movimento (aperfeiçoamento refinado domovimento).
Obviamente, as situações de jogo continuam em cada fase com o uso de fundamentos mais sofisticados. Ébastante claro, que, no início, você aborda tarefas táticas elementares e elabora variações modestas; emseguida, as tarefas e variações aumentam em termos de dificuldade, como os jogadores se tornam maisconfortáveis ao executar o movimento com os exercícios analíticos específicos.

SESSÃO DE TREINO
Antes de ir até o campo, cada técnico precisa organizar uma unidade de treino que nós poderíamos definir como “oúnico passo no planejamento anual”. Tempo gasto no preparo é uma condição essencial para uma sessão detreinamento de qualidade. Os técnicos não devem confiar na sua habilidade de improvisar para resolver questõespedagógicas por eles criadas.
Nessa parte do guia, antes de entrar nos exercícios, nós gostaríamos de abordar a questão da estrutura de uma sessão,ou melhor:•como estruturá-la;•como justificar as suas escolhas.Nós escolhemos simplificar a organização de uma sessão de treino, dividindo-a em fases. Fase de aquecimento, em que é possível sugerir diferentes exercícios quedevem ser funcionais para os próximos exercícios. O aquecimento pode ter os seguintes objetivos:Prevenção, ativação em geral, ativação física e técnica, técnica,ativação especial de rigidez, consciência de táticas.

Essa fase é o núcleo da sessão. É nessa fase, em que são sugeridosos exercícios mais importantes, sobre o aspecto técnico e físico.
