Hello! My name is Anastassia Agafonova.I am 10. I live in Kaliningrad. I would like to tell you about my kung-fu coach Mikhail Vladislavovich Bondarev. He is very kind, calm and athletic. He is in his thirties. He has been working as akung-fu coach for 15 years. He has a lot of medals.

This is my coach and me at the kung-fu championship. Mikhail Vladislavovich is the head of Kaliningrad kung-fu club which is called the “Winner”.

In autumn we usually have “Young Master” competitions.In winter our coach organizes the championship which is called “Santa Claus Cup”.And in spring we take part in the competition “The Baltic Dragon”.

A lot of children go to our club. We have workouts three times a week. This is our team.

We often spend time together with our coach as a team. We go to the cinema and celebrate our birthdays together.

In summer we have our kung-fu sport camp. Mikhail Vladislavovich is the director of this camp. He teaches us how to be healthy and athletic. He encourages us to be winners not only in sport but also in our everyday life.
