One time, in the last day of our summer-camp in Silwan, we had a kind of demonstration going around the village. From the Spring in Wadi Hilweh and up to the City of David. All the settlers were looking at us surprised and angry... they were asking themselves how come these kids can have a demo?!

There is a lot of land in Silwan (unbuilt areas) but every minute that goes by, more land is being taken by Israelis, and the Arabs cannot enter their land.Hidaya Banna

I took pictures of the settlements where the Jews live, because in this settlement there is everything they need, like: security guards, money, food. I want to say that we don't have these things. Because I don't have and they do, they think they have more power, and that they are smarter than I am, but actually they are not. But when they use their weapons they have power.
