Abdeckprodukte

Kunststoff ist Schutzstoff, das gilt insbesondere für unsere Folagfol-Abdeckfolien. Produkte, welche die Folag seit über drei

Jahrzehnten «made in Switzerland» herstellt und vertreibt.

Die qualitativ hochstehenden Abdeckfolien finden in der Praxis ein breites Einsatzgebiet im Innen- und Aussenbereich.

Folagfol-Abdeckfolien sind in einem umfassenden Standardsortiment in Breiten bis zu sechs Meter, in Dicken bis 300 Mi-

cron und in verschiedenen Qualitätsstufen direkt ab Lager lieferbar. Das Sortiment bietet für jedes Bedürfnis die richtige

Abdeckfolie, von den transparenten Varianten mit/ohne Gleitmittel bis hin zu den kostengünstigen Folagfol-Ökofolien.

Letztere werden aus rezykliertem Material hergestellt und sind deshalb besonders umweltfreundlich. In Anlehnung an die

Qualität des Regenerats unterscheiden wir drei verschiedene Stufen: transluzent hell, transluzent dunkel und opak.

Auf Wunsch stellen wir Folagfol-Folien entsprechend Ihren individuellen Angaben und Anforderungen her – auch mit

kundenspezifischer Verpackung und abgestimmten Rezepturen.

Die Fertigung untersteht strengsten Qualitätsanforderungen. Folagfol-Folien werden auf umweltfreundliche Leichtbau-

kerne gewickelt, die wir aus rezykliertem PE fertigen.

Produits de recouvrement

Le matériau synthétique est un matériau de protection, une qualité particulièrement valable pour nos bâches de recouvre-

ment Folagfol. Des produits «made in Switzerland», fabriqués et commercialisés par Folag depuis plus de trente ans.

Ces bâches de recouvrement de haute qualité trouvent un large éventail d’applications à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur.

Les bâches de recouvrement Folagfol sont disponibles en stock dans une gamme standard très fournie, avec des largeurs

allant jusqu’à six mètres, des épaisseurs jusqu’à 300 microns et différents niveaux de qualité. Une gamme qui répond à tous

les besoins, depuis les versions transparentes, avec ou sans lubrifiant, jusqu’aux films éco Folagfol, à prix accessibles. Fabri-

qués en matériau recyclé, ces derniers sont particulièrement respectueux de l’environnement. On distingue trois niveaux

différents en fonction de la qualité du matériau régénéré: translucide clair, translucide foncé et opaque.

Sur demande, nous pouvons fabriquer des bâches Folag conformément à vos indications et à vos besoins personnels, y

compris avec un emballage individuel et des formulations adaptées.

La fabrication de nos produits est soumise à des critères de qualité extrêmement sévères. Les bâches Folagfol sont enrou-

lées autour d’axes en construction légère que nous fabriquons à partir de polyéthylène recyclé.

The high quality protective films in practice find a wide range of applications both indoors and outdoors.

Folagfol protective films are available, direct from the warehouse, in a comprehensive standard range in widths of up to

six metres, in thicknesses up to 300 microns and in different grades of quality. The range offers the right protective film for

every requirement, from the transparent varieties with or without lubricants to the economical Folagfol eco – films. In re-

cent times, recycled materials have been used for manufacture, and consequently are particularly environmentally friendly.

Depending on the quality of the reclaimed material we identify three levels: translucent clear, translucent dark and

opaque.

On request, we will manufacture Folagfol films to meet your individual orders and requirements – including client-specific

packaging and suitable formulations.

Production is carried out under the strictest quality requirements. Folagfol films are made from environmentally friendly

lightweight cores, which are produced from recycled PE.

Das Folagfol-Absperrband ist das ideale Produkt zur

räumlichen Kennzeichnung von Einsatz- und Gefahrenstel-

len. Neben den klassischen rot/weiss-Absperrbändern füh-

ren wir eine grosse Auswahl von Warnbändern an Lager.

Darüber hinaus fertigen wir eine Vielzahl von Spezialitäten

nach Kundenwunsch. Bewährt ist unter anderem das biolo-

gisch abbaubare Band, welches sich der Natur ausgesetzt

innert Jahresfrist vollkommen auflöst. Oder aber das re-

flektierende Absperrband, welches nachts schon aus 200 m

Distanz sichtbar ist. Spezielle Anfertigungen für spezielle

Wünsche.

Dank unserer eigenen Druckerei können wir neben den

bekannten Farbmarkierungen in den Signalfarben rot/

weiss, gelb/schwarz oder grün/weiss die Bänder auch belie-

big gestalten. Möglich ist auch das Aufdrucken einer zu-

sätzlichen erklärenden oder warnenden Aufschrift wie bei-

spielsweise «Achtung», «Baustelle», «Polizeiabsperrung»

oder einen anderen beliebigen auf den Zweck oder die Or-

ganisation hinweisenden Druck.

Nach Mass gefertigt sind die Bänder in jeder beliebigen Di-

cke, Länge und Breite, sowie in Kundenaufmachung ver-

packt lieferbar.

Le ruban de signalisation Folagfol est le produit idéal

pour délimiter les zones de danger et les lieux d’interven-

tion. Outre les classiques rubans de délimitation rouge/

blanc, nous avons en stock un large choix de rubans de si-

gnalisation.

D’autre part, nous pouvons fabriquer une multitude de

produits spéciaux selon les besoins individuels de nos

clients. Parmi les nombreuses solutions éprouvées figure le

ruban biodégradable qui, sous l’influence des éléments na-

turels, se décompose en moins d’un an. Ou encore le ruban

de délimitation réfléchissant, visible à 200 m la nuit. Réali-

sations spéciales pour besoins hors normes.

Disposant de notre propre imprimerie, nous pouvons non

seulement livrer les marquages classiques aux couleurs rou-

ge/blanc, noir/jaune ou vert/blanc, mais aussi n’importe

quel marquage. Il est également possible d’imprimer un

marquage supplémentaire à vocation informative ou

d’avertissement («Attention», «Chantier», «Police») ou

toute autre mention signalant la destination ou le nom de

l’organisation.

Les rubans sont fabriqués sur mesure dans n’importe quelle

épaisseur, longueur et largeur. Ils peuvent être livrés em-

ballés dans la présentation voulue par le client.

Folagfol barrier tape is the ideal product for spatial

signing of entrances and places of danger. In addition to

the classic red/white barrier tapes we have a large selection

of warning tapes in store.

Apart from this we produce a number of special products

to meet clients’ wishes. Amongst others, is the tried and

tested, biologically degradable tape which, when exposed

to nature fully breaks down within a year. Or the reflecting

barrier tape, which is still visible at a distance of 200 m.

As we have our own printing works, we can produce tapes

in any preferred form, in addition to the well known col-

our markings of red/white, yellow/black or green/white. It

is also possible to print additional warning texts such as

«danger», «construction site», «police barrier» or other

print required for a particular purpose or by a particular

organisation.

The tapes are custom made in all required thicknesses,

length and widths. They can also be supplied in the cus-

tomer’s own presentation packaging.

properties, Starvap vapour barriers enable air and vapour-tight connections to be made.

Depending on the building physics requirements, there are different Starvap vapour barriers available. The suitability of

individual vapour barriers can be determined using an appropriate calculation model (condensate verification).

Starvap is loosely laid on the clean substructure and is then continuously covered with the subsequent layers.

Die dampfdiffusionsoffenen Dampfbremsen Starvap D2

und D20 sind speziell für den Einsatz in Steildachkonstruk-

Starvap D2 und D20 sind ein Verbund aus einer technischen

Dampfbremse und einem Vlies. Beide Typen sind einfach

Starvap D2 et D20 sont des barrières pare-vapeur ouvertes

à la diffusion de la vapeur, développées spécifiquement

pour les toitures à forte pente, à l’intention du secteur de

la construction de logements. Il s’agit d’une réalisation

technique en parfaite adéquation avec les membranes

modernes ouvertes à la diffusion de la vapeur, utilisées ac-

tuellement pour les sous-toits. Starvap D2 et D20 sont des

bandes pare-vapeur fabriquées de manière composite: il

s’agit d’un alliage entre un pare-vapeur technique et une

Vapour Barriers Open To Vapour Diffusion

Starvap D2 and D20 vapour barriers open to vapour diffu-

sion are specially designed for use in steep roof construc-

tions in housing. They were designed to match the new

modern sub roof membranes which are open to diffusion.

Starvap D2 and D20 are a combination of technical vapour

barrier and fleece. Both types are easy to lay and can be

laid reliably in airtight fashion. Starvap D2 is used in con-

structions where a vapour barrier that is open to diffusion

is required. Starvap D2 is also particularly suitable for reno-

vations from exterior or interior.

Die Starvap 100-Reihe besteht aus Dampfbremsen mit

forderungen im Wohnungsbau genügen.

Die Starvap 100 gerippt und Starvap 100 fric sind Dampf-

bremsen die sich speziell für Aufsparrendämmungen ei-

genen. Ihre raue Oberflächen erlauben ein Höchstmass an

Sicherheit beim Betreten der Dachfläche. Das flexible Ma-

terial erlaubt ein einfaches und zuverlässiges Verlegen. Die

Was ist Radon?

Radon ist ein im Boden vorkommendes radioaktives Edel-

gas. Eigentlich ist es eine Sonderform der natürlichen Ra-

dioaktivität und schädlich für den Menschen.

Radon ist ein Zerfallsprodukt des Elements Radium, wel-

ches beim Zerfall von Uran entsteht. Uran wiederum ist

überall im Boden vorhanden und ist wasserlöslich. Radon

zerfällt in einer Zeit von rund vier Tagen in radioaktive Zer-

fallsprodukte.

Radonzerfallsprodukte sind radioaktiv und schweben in

der Atemluft. In Innenräumen lagern sie sich allmählich an

Gegenständen, Staubpartikeln und feinsten Schwebeteil-

chen ab. Sie können beim Einatmen in die Lunge geraten,

sich auf dem Lungengewebe ablagern und dieses bestrah-

len. Dies kann zu Lungenkrebs führen.

Die Bodenbeschaffenheit hat einen grossen Einfluss: Je

durchlässiger der Untergrund, desto eher kann Radongas

bis zur Erdoberfläche aufsteigen. Falls in Wohn- und Auf-

enthaltsräumen die Radongaskonzentration über dem

Grenzwert von 1000 Bq/m3 liegt, muss das Gebäude saniert

werden. Die Radongaskonzentration sollte unter

400 Bq/m3 gesenkt werden.

Durch dichte Baukonstruktionen bei Neubauten und durch

Abdichtungsmassnahmen bei Sanierungen kann das Ein-

dringen des schädlichen Radongases in die Räumlichkeiten

verhindert werden.

Qu’est-ce que le radon?

Le radon est un gaz rare radioactif présent dans le sol. Il

s’agit d’une forme particulière de radioactivité naturelle

qui est nocive pour l’homme.

Le radon est le produit de la décomposition du radium, le-

quel se forme lors de la désintégration de l’uranium. L’ura-

nium lui-même est présent partout dans le sol et soluble

dans l’eau. Le radon se désintègre sous forme de produits

radioactifs en quatre jours.

Les produits de désintégration du radon sont radioactifs et

flottent dans l’air inhalé. Dans les locaux, ils se fixent peu à

peu sur les objets, les particules de poussière et les particu-

les en suspension les plus fines. Inhalés, ils peuvent parve-

nir dans les poumons et se déposer sur les tissus pulmonai-

res, les exposant ainsi aux radiations. Le tout peut conduire

à un cancer du poumon.

La nature du sol a une grande influence à cet égard. En

effet, plus il est perméable, plus le gaz radon peut remon-

ter à la surface de la terre. Si la concentration en radon

dépasse le seuil de 1000 Bq/m3 dans les habitations et les

locaux fréquentés, le bâtiment devra alors être assaini. La

concentration en radon doit être maintenue en deçà de

400 Bq/m3.

L’infiltration du radon, nocif, dans les locaux peut être em-

pêchée par une construction étanche dans les bâtiments

neufs et par des travaux de rénovation dans les bâtiments

anciens.

What is Radon?

Radon is a radio-active noble gas which occurs in the

ground. It is in reality, a special form of natural radioactiv-

ity and is harmful to people.

Radon is a waste product of the element radium, which is

produced by the disintegration of uranium. Uranium how-

ever occurs all over in the ground and is water soluble. Ra-

don decays within a time of about four days into radioac-

tive disintegration products.

Radon disintegration products are radioactive and float in

the air that we breathe. In inside areas they are gradually

deposited on items, particles of dust and fine floating par-

ticles. They can be inhaled into the lungs, become depos-

ited on the lining of the lungs and irradiate it. This can lead

to lung cancer.

The ground conditions have a great influence: the more

porous the subsoil is the sooner the radon gas can rise up

to the surface of the earth. In the event that the concentra-

tion of radon gas is above the limiting value of 1000 Bq/m3,

in living rooms and lounges, the building must be cleaned.

The radon gas concentration should be reduced to below

400 Bq/m3.

Using sealed building construction during new build and

by adopting sealing measures during cleaning, the pene-

tration of harmful radon gases into the premises can be

prevented.

Folag edging strips are outstanding because of their high

form stability and compressive strength. They reliably pre-

vent sound bridges between underlay and the building

components in contact with them. A film cloth prevents

the under-fleecing of the edging strip, during casting of

the underlay, and thus prevents the formation of sound

bridges.

Das Folag-Fugenprofil wurde für die Anfertigung von Deh-

nungsfugen im Fliessestrich und Unterlagsbodenbereich

Folag-Trittschalldämmung

Die Folag-Trittschalldämmung zeichnet sich durch ein aus-

reichendes Federungsvermögen und geringe dynamische

Steifheit aus. Die aus Polyethylen geschäumte Folie ist ge-

schlossenzellig und nimmt dadurch keine Feuchtigkeit auf.

Die Folag-Trittschalldämmung ist auch in einer flammhem-

menden Version mit einer Brandkennziffer von 5.2 erhält-

lich.

Folag step sound absorption

Folag step sound insulation is outstanding because of its

adequate springiness and low dynamic rigidity. This poly-

thene foam sheeting has closed cells and thus does not ab-

sorb any moisture. Folag sound insulation is also obtaina-

ble in a fire resistant version with a fire point index of 5.2.

Folag-Feuchtigkeitssperre

Die Feuchtigkeitssperre zum Abdecken von Bodenplatten.

Ein untenliegender, geschlossenzelliger PE-Schaum schützt

die Folie zuverlässig gegen Verletzungen durch Überzähne

oder Unebenheiten. Die Feuchtigkeitssperre hat einseitig

ein Selbstklebestreifen zur sicheren Verklebung der Folie

in der Überlappung.

Barrière contre l’humidité pour le recouvrement des dalles

de plancher. La mousse de polyéthylène à alvéoles fermées

disposée sur la partie inférieure protège le film contre les

agressions en cas de différence de niveau entre les dalles

ou d’irrégularités. Le film de barrière est doté d’une bande

autocollante sur un côté de manière à garantir la bonne

fixation du film en chevauchement.

Folag-Floorprotect

Zum Abdecken von Bodenbelägen und Möbeln während

der Umbauphase. Folag-Floorprotect hat eine obenliegen-

de Folie, die das Durchdringen von Flüssigkeiten zuverläs-

sig verhindert. Das untenliegende Polyestervlies sorgt für

ein rutschfestes und somit sicheres Betreten. Mehrmals ver-

wendbar.

Nicht auf frisch verlegten Bodenbelägen, porösen Steinbö-

den und Tonplatten verwenden. Es können Flecken entste-

hen, weil die aufsteigende Feuchtigkeit nicht entweichen

kann.

Floorprotect Folag

Pour protéger les revêtements de sol et les meubles pen-

dant les travaux. Folag-Floorprotect est doté sur sa face

supérieure d’un film empêchant efficacement la pénétra-

tion des liquides. Sur la face inférieure, le non-tissé polyes-

ter permet de marcher sur la bâche en toute sécurité, sans

risque de dérapage. Réutilisable plusieurs fois.

Ne pas utiliser sur des revêtements de sol fraîchement po-

sés, ni sur les sols en pierre poreux et les dalles en argile.

Des taches pourraient se former en raison de l’humidité qui

ne peut pas s’échapper hors du sol.

Folag Floorprotect

For protecting floor coverings and furniture during the re-

furbishment building phase. Folag Floorprotect has an up-

per film, which reliably stops the ingress of liquids. The

under-laying polyester fleece ensures a non-slip and conse-

quently safe surface for walking on. Can be re-used several

times.

Not to be used on freshly laid floor coverings, porous stone

floors and tiles. Stains can be produced, because moisture

which occurs cannot escape.

La cloison antipoussière Folag vous permet de diviser effi-

cacement des locaux en plusieurs parties et d’empêcher la

poussière et la saleté de pénétrer dans d’autres pièces. La

cloison antipoussière s’installe rapidement, sans outillage

ni matériel de fixation. Les tiges télescopiques en alumi-

nium, réglables en hauteur, peuvent être adaptées à la

hauteur de chaque pièce. Le film est fixé entre sol et pla-

fond à l’aide des tiges télescopiques. Grâce à l’ouverture

zippée, il est possible d’installer une porte refermable en

quelques minutes.

Folag dust sheeting partition

With the Folag dust sheeting partition you can efficiently

sub-divide areas. You can consequently prevent dust and

dirt spreading into other areas. The dust sheeting partition

is assembled quickly and does not require tools or fixing

material. Height-adjustable telescopic aluminium rods can

be adjusted to the current room height. The film is fixed

from floor to ceiling by means of the telescopic rods. The

zip fastener enables a re-closable door to be installed with-

in a few minutes.

Mit der Folag-Staubschutzwand können Sie effizient Räu-

me unterteilen. Sie verhindern dadurch, dass Staub und

Schmutz in andere Räume eindringen kann. Die Staub-

schutzwand ist schnell und ohne Werkzeug und Befesti-

gungsmaterial montierbar. Die höhenverstellbaren Teles-

kopstangen aus Aluminium können Sie auf die jeweilige

Raumhöhe abstimmen. Die Folie wird mittels den Teles-

kopstangen zwischen Boden und Decke fixiert. Mit dem
