GERES®-Heat Exchanger Cluster
Geres®GmbH is an innovative german manufacturer of an eco-‐friendly heat-‐exchange cluster. Heat pumps are in combination with energy source air and geothermal energy well known. Those energy sources are just one of the possibilities which are required to run a heat pump. For example, companies that use warm water to clean products and after cooling and clarification of the used water, the water will be discharged in the sewage canalization. These companies could wisely use the energy in the clarified or unclarified water for own purposes. A second example, a hotel being near the prome-‐nade, could efficiently use the seawater to heat and to cool their facilities. For these reasons, Geres®GmbH develop a heat ex-‐change cluster, which can be used in fluid medium. With this product we want to extend the possible energy sources to run a heat pump. Lakes, Rivers, Sea, Sewage treatment plants, Textile industry, Chemical industry, Food industry to name some of the possible opportunities, where the clus-‐
tered heat exchanger offer a good and efficient serv-‐ice its operators. A special characteristic of the clus-‐tered heat exchanger is that we looked out to re-‐spect available infrastructure. We want to avoid that an operator of such installation should rebuild or renovate his wastewater facilities, or specially clarify or filter the wastewater. When used in unclarified liquids the cluster can be easily cleaned, using a high-‐pressure lance, from the bowl edge. The clusters can be also used in aggressive media. In the case of specific use in an aggressive media, we recommend you to contact us to adapt the material for the supporting construction to the specific re-‐quirements. We know that special applications and use cases can represent highly complex demands on the required construction. We are flexible an innovative in the adaptation of the heat exchanger cluster, to meet your project requirements. Let us know which are your specific requirements and we will do everything necessary to make your project successfully.

pressure, is inherently stable, in small bending radii ductile. The composite pipe have a better thermal conductivity as PE 100, is a longer-‐lived material and 100 % diffusion sealed against gases in the medium.
