HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Guest books room on-line.
2. Hotel crew sends room key directly to guest’s smartphone (application* may use WiFi or Bluetooth).
3. Guest may receive RFID card as well. Smartphone/ card provides guest with access to room and other locations (car park, pool, gym) selected by hotel crew.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Door is open with RFID tag in a form of hotel card.
Card may be replaced with lanyard (Smart Technology Group patent) or pendant.
The read range is easy to modify. Guest does not have to do anything to enter room. It is enough to walk to the door with a card in his pocket and door will automatically open.
In any moment, access control qualifications may be modified by hotel crew.
Opening door with Bluetooth
Mobile app is used to open door. App is downloaded directly to guest’s smartphone.
It is enough to shake smartphone or simply press app buton to open door.
App works on smartphone with Bluetooth 4.0.

The rule is very similar to Bluetooth.
Key is mobile app, as well.
Door will open after shaking smartphone or pressing button.
The biggest difference is no need for Bluetooth 4.0 in smartphone. Open hotel Wi-Fi will do.
