HR Locator Tool: GIS‐based location finder tool that is integrated with Microsoft outlook email client, simply it finds the outlook user location in any opened mail window. And it shows the location using integrated GIS Map. HR Locator can also be used to locate meeting rooms specified in meeting requests and calculate the shortest path between user’s location and any other users of buildings locations

HR Locator Tool Process: 

1. HR Locator tool is installed as a command button in the standard toolbar of the new email window or email viewer window as shown below: 

 2. After select the tool a new window open, and request from you to confirm 

your location.(just appear in the first time when you are using the tool).    

 3. Press confirm location tab, then a new message appeared that your 

location is confirmed. 

 4. After that, select your recipient’s contacts, for example we take 2 users 

then press HR Locator tool and new check box window appeared, the contact will automatically be selected. 

 

5. After click Ok, Internet browser will open in a new web page that shows your contacts locations on GIS Map.
