Outlook Connector provides a free solution for managing yourwebmail contacts from within Microsoft expression, MicrosoftOutlook 2003, 2007, and 2010 free of charge.

ShareTech Outlook Connector Overview

Sync contact from webmail to Outlook or from Outlook to webmail

With the Outlook Connector, you can view your outlook contacts in sharetech webmail. By organizing your contacts in ShareTech webmail, you can take advantage of the advanced contact management features that offers such as the Instant Search, and the ability to sort contacts by different criteria such as name or group category. Additionally, any changes you make to contacts information in Outlook will automatically be synchronized into ShareTech webmail.

Why Do You Need Outlook Connector?

檔案>說明>64位元首先，先確認outlook版本(這裡用office 2010為範例)

確認outlook聯絡人確認後關閉outlook

前面確認過outlook版本

install安裝檔

非安裝檔

因此以下用64位元安裝檔為範例

下載64位元版本後，點兩下執行下一步 > 安裝 > 完成

OutlookConnector圖示

或是點「開始」也可以看到″OutlookConnector″

在桌面的右下角會看到″OutlookConnector″

填入登入資訊!

確認郵件伺服器管理介面 埠號依照郵件伺服器 > 服務管理

如何同步

1. 登入後，請點選同步方式 > 立即同步 2. 正在連接……

3. 接收中

Webmail要按″同步″喔同步成功(兩邊聯絡人都一樣)

日誌設定開啟日誌 >可看到同步的log訊息

重置資料以伺服器的資料取代所有本地的資料"=>webmail的聯絡人取代outlook聯絡人

(不保留outlook的聯絡人)

重置資料以伺服器的資料取代所有本地的資料"=>webmail的聯絡人取代outlook聯絡人

(不保留outlook的聯絡人)

重置資料以本機的資料取代所有伺服器的資料"=>webmail的聯絡人取代outlook聯絡人
