Resume Tips
A resume is a marketing document-presentation counts! Keep to 1 page-watch for consistency in text size and formatting.
Make sure to quantify accomplishments, i.e. signed up 30% more users than quota
Play to your strengths, i.e. if you’ve done customer service, highlight your interpersonal skills

Proactive employees-got an idea to save time or money? Let them know!
Detail oriented and conscientous, but still flexible
Desire to move up in company-it’s more cost-effective to keep an existing employee than to train a new person without institutional knowledge
Someone who represents brand well and shares company’s values
WIFFM (What’s In It For Me?)-if you have a request, such as flex time, demonstrate the upside to them
