Tiancheng Chemical History

1999 Tiancheng chemical was established ,for now ,it nearly has a history of 20 years

2002 We focus on reasearch and production of paper chemicals, established supporting industrial bases in Changzhou, Tongshang, Xinyi of Jiangsu province,and Taian,Dezhou of Shandong province.

2008 The quality and quantity of paper chemical AKD were ranked to

the top internationally .

2009 We set up joint venture with Kemira Finland (exited from the JV in June 2011)

2012 Shandong Tiancheng Wandeng Chemical Technology Co.,Ltd ,was found , launching Tiancheng Wanfeng Fine Chemical project which is designed cover an area of 3000 acres, and successively obtained production and construction permits for scarce resources of Ohosgene , Chlor-Alkali, Epoxy chloropropane and so on .

CATIONIC REAGENT CHPTAC

Cationic reagents are aqueous solutions of monomer (3-chloro-2-

hydroxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride (CHPTAC) . Cationic

reagent are clear, odorless liquids , used to modify natural and

synthetic polymers in to quaternary ammonium compounds. It is used

industrially for chemical processing of personal-care products, pulp

and paper , textiles , and for water management .

Product Application

(1) Papermaking Industry

As an important auxiliary agent, cationic reagent is widely applied to starch,

cellulose, and chitosan chemical modification. The cationic starch, which is

etherification modified from raw starch, can be used as the paper's surface sizing

agent, retention and filtration aid, enhancer and so on. It is a kind of papermaking

additives with great dosage.

(2) Textile Industry

The cotton fiber, which is modified by (3-Chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethyl

ammonium chloride, can enhance the dye’s cohesiveness. And cationic starch

acquired by reacting to starch can be used as warp sizing agent.

(3) Water Treatment Industry

The electronegative suspended solids of water can react with liquid cationic reagent

and get cationic macromolecule. As flocculent, it can be widely used in the

purification of water

(4) Person Care

The cationic guar gum and other chemicals, which are formed by cationic reagent

modification, are all important daily chemicals.

ALKYL KETENE DIMER AKD WAX

Alkyl Ketene Dimer(AKD WAX) which is made of high fatty acid

(≥12) .This is acylated and dehydro chlorinated . This product as a kind of

initial powder of neutral sizing agent, is used in making neutral sizing agent

latex of paper pulp . After sizing with AKD emulsion, it can make paper less

water absorbing and controls its printing properties.
