CHAR KWAY TEOW

Char kway teow, literally "fried flat noodles", is a popular noodle

dish in Malaysia and Singapore. It is made from flat rice noodles.

POPIAHPopiah ( 薄饼 / 潤餅 ) is a Hokkien/Chaozhou-

style fresh spring roll common in Taiwan,

Singapore, and Malaysia

ROTI CANAIRoti canai (pronounced "chanai," not "kanai") is

a type of flatbread found in Malaysia. It is a thin bread with a flaky crust, fried on a

skillet and served with condiments.
