Phoenix (Fenghuang) Ancient Town
located in Hunan China. It has an exceptionally well-preserved
ancient town that harbors unique ethnic languages, customs, arts as
well as many distinctive architectural remains of Ming and Qing
styles. The unique houses built on stilts display a harmony that is
so often portrayed in traditional Chinese paintings.Phoenix ancient
