bù
" 不 " is pronounced "bù" when the following tone is pronounced with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or neutral tone.

If the following word is in the 4th tone, " 不 " will become "bú", because it’s easier to pronounce.
• 对不起，我不会。Duì __ qǐ ， wǒ __ huì 。
