It’s Gonna Be A Good Day When…

I start my morning with a

double-shot latte with almond milk, and

just a touch of sugar while Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald serenade

my home...

If I can learn something new and have a

meaningful conversation with someone in a

completely different line of work, I’ve hit the

bullseye...

What really gets me is

exploring a new part of town & ordering my

usual espresso drink at a coffee shop I’ve never been to...

or walking through open-

house tours with a friend (weird?

probably… but way too fun to dream about how

I’d design a random space)!
