概括採購• 買方知道在一特定的時間區間內，會向某一家供應商購買某項

商品，而這些購買的量累加起來會很多，因此與供應商簽訂買賣的合約，

• 合約記載了明確的時間區間、明確的採購項目、採購的總金額，• 但採購的數量以及採購的schedule沒有記載 . • 在合約的執行上，需另外的Release 程式，來對採購合約作Re

lease。.

合約採購• 買賣雙方訂下一個採購合約，合約上只定有合約的有

效期間內的採購總金額、付款方式、採購的優惠條件• 對於所要採購的產品細項、產品的數量或產品的詳細金額…等，沒有詳細的描述；

• 而對於合約的執行，則是在合約期間內轉標準採購的方式來執行 .
