We take action to switch the FACH User Number from 30 to 60 on 11th Jan .

There is a significant increase on FACH User Number ; For PS and HS Drop call rate decreased, CS drop call rate

maintained . For Cell Update Success Rate improved . For VS.FACH.DTCH.CONG.TIME increased .
