IIl concept del progetto riprende la morfologia della mappa della citta di Amsterdam, la rete urbana disegnata dai canali concentrici e dalle

linee delle tramvie. Una rete esterna che si proietta sulla facciata del

palazzo interamente di vetro quasi intrappolata in una rete di
