IYILA Workshop Policies 2015
1. Refunds/Transfer Policy
No refunds are given for this workshop unless the Institute is able to fill the spot; if this is the case, there will be a $50 service charge. You may transfer your purchase for a $50 processing fee. May 20 is the last day to make a refund or transfer request. We regret that there are no refunds or transfers within three days of the workshop, or on or after the date of the workshop (May 24). There are no partial refunds for missed sessions. You may request a refund/transfer in person, by telephone, or by email to institute@iyila.org.
"Transfer" means any change in date, time, name, or event.
2. Waiting List and Drop-In Policy
Once the workshop becomes full, the Institute will start a waitlist. We will request that the instructor permit additional students to enroll in the workshop, and the decision of the instructor is final. In the event that additional spaces become available, you will be notified by email or telephone. On the day of the workshop, persons who are not enrolled in the workshop may request a drop-in until 10 minutes before start time. Those students will be added to the workshop in the order that they appear in the waiting list. On the day of the workshop, students wishing to drop-in need to be present 10 minutes before the start of the workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot assure that we can accommodate students who have not registered prior to arrival.
3. On Time Policy
Please be seated in the asana room ten minutes before the start of class. Students who do not arrive on time will forfeit their space, unless they call prior to the start of the workshop. Late students will only be accommodated with permission of the instructor.
