I.C.E. COMMENT
NEWS AND NOTICES
COMMENT: Why there is no longer bingo here in Yokosuka? I liked playing bingo on Saturday afternoon when it was at Club Alliance. Then they decided to move it to the Officer’s Club, but there hasn’t been any bingo for quite some time. Why can’t you just bring bingo back at Club Alliance? I drive two hours to Yokota base just to play

bingo, along with Yokosuka bingo players. How can we support Yokosuka MWR if we are in Yokota? I think you’re losing money by not having bingo games. Why don’t you ask Yokota MWR why their bingo program is successful!

RESPONSE: Thank you for your comment through ICE. We do appreciate your suggestions. We are currently unable to offer bingo due to man-datory software updates to the equipment which are necessary for compliance with Navy IT regulations. MWR is in the process of contracting for these updates.
Unfortunately, the con-tracting process is taking longer than expected and we have no specific date when we will resume bingo. We will definitely advertise when we have the bingo program back up and running. Thank you very much for your time and feedback.
