P28GST :
A new generation immunomodulator
( « First- in- class »)
For the treatment of auto-immune and
inflammatory diseases
Mode of action: - Combination of the anti-inflammatory and
regulatory activity of the immune system balance
Administration via sub-cutaneous route: - Long-term activity - No resistance expected - Combination with existing therapies
Medico-economic strengths - Less expensive Cost of Good - Easy to use
P28GST key points
P28GST : a new treatment for IBD:
CROHN’S DISEASE and ULCERATIVE COLITIS
Present situation:
real need of new therapeutic approaches due to: serious adverse effects, important resistances, cost
Objective of P28GST Plate-form in IBD : - Prevention of post-surgery relapse - Prevention of inflammatory recurrence - Use in patients resistant to anti-TNF antibodies
Project: Phase 2b in patients with ulcerative colitis (n= 100 patients ) - Proof of concept (« go/no-go » decision ) - Clinical criteria (centralized endoscopy csore) - Histopathology Index - Pharmacokinetic - Biomarkers
21
Correlation between
Crohn’s disease and Psoriasis
22
Epidemiological Family cases in both Crohn’s disease and psoriasis
Genetics :
- IL-23R - IL-12B
Immunological - Increase of IL-17 pathway - Decrease of Tregs
Therapeutic approaches
- Anti–TNF or anti-IL-12/IL-23 - BUT co-morbidity et side effects (anti-TNF /anti-IL-17)
Rational for the use of P28GST in psoriasis
Scientific - Th1/ Th17 disease
Epidemiology - 2 to 3 % of worldwide population
“ Preclinical Proof of Concept inrodents - Ongoing program - Preventive and therapeutic evidences
Program: a Phase 2b - Moderate and sever psoriasis
- Therapeutic inefficiency of existing drugs

Par ’Immune competition landscape
25
UMR995 – Aurélien PAGNY 08 décembre 2016
Pharmaceutical companies as well as biotech start-ups are developing new therapeutic strategies but none of these products has the same mode of action as P28GST. We are confident and we expect to have a breakthrough and first-in-Class designations for our product
In addition, we already started contacts and discussions with major pharmaceutical players in order to initiate co-development programs and out-licensing partnerships.
