• Measurable disease (RECIST)
• No prior systemic therapy for advanced RCC

• Sunitinib es efectivo y seguro en la práctica clínica con población no seleccionada, incluyendo
– Metástasis en SNC

– Situaciones especiales como otras histologías, mala función renal
