SurfTrak tracking & fleet management system is specially designed

for vehicle tracking and fleet management . Users can locate monitor

control evaluate and manage vehicle use and driver behaviour

The SurfTrak tracking & fleet management system includes the GPS

electronic device installed in the vehicle and its management

software installed on a computer or android IPAD.

The system comes in four (4) different platforms each defined to

meet the needs of a four different set of consumers

Platform one (1) : alarms: seat belt, door, geo-fencing (one location),

Reports :mileage, trip, idling, parking, door, + Immobilisation

Platform two (2): alarms: seat belt door,geo-fencing (32 locations)

overtime parking, fatigue driving, door, over-speeding, panic SOS,

Illegal ignition, basic fuel informatics, harsh braking, vehicle sliding in

The Fleet

Management Software

• INTERNET BASED SOFTWARE : An Internet based software is

Installed on the fleet manager/ users computer. The Internet

based software can be installed on android based IPAD this

largely solves the problem of access to the system when there is

internet down time.

• WEB BASED INTERFACE : Monitoring of vehicles can also be

achieved via a web based interface. The user can have access to

vehicle information without a software installation on a

computer or IPAD. All the user needs is internet access on any

computer.

• Information on driver behaviour and vehicle use can be

transmitted to the user in three (3) ways. Text messages to the

phone & alarms on the computer/IPAD.
