Keep text simple - using bullet points/short sentences.

Font size that can be read from a distance.

Font style that can be read from a distance.

Minimize the number of slides.

Use art to help convey your message.

Make labels for charts and graphs understandable.

Make slide backgrounds subtle and keep them consistent.

Use high contrast between background color and text color.

Check the spelling and grammar.

Show up early and verify that your equipment works properly.Don't assume that your presentation will work fine on another computer.Projector’s resolution - same as the computer on which you created your presentation.Turn your screen saver off.Check all colors on a projection screen.Ask your audience to hold questions until the end.Avoid moving the pointer unconsciously.Do not read the presentation.Stay on time.Monitor your audience's behaviour.
