• Gives us competitive edge in performance related activities like athletics, giving a speech, or acting.
Disstress is caused due to prolonged stressed situation. The main reason for it is non-coping with the circumstances . It is destructive kind of stress which reduces efficiency. Others factors causing disstress are :• Work Demands
