Being resistant to high temperature enables the extract to replace
synthetic food preservative like BHA and BHT.
Different from green tea extract, rosemary extract possesses light-

Oil-soluble antioxidant (carnosic acid) is mainly used in
meats, oils, dairies, oily food, confectioneries, bakeries,
omega oil capsules, etc.
Water-soluble antioxidant (rosmarinic acid) is widely ap-
plied in beverages, aquatic products, water-soluble pig-
ments, emulsion and food with low content of fat.
Recommended dosage of RosActiv® in vegetable oil
(1) 30% carnosic acid (powder): 0.2‰
(2) 10% carnosic acid (liquid): 0.5‰
