• Empirical reasoning strategies should match enemy and context

• Predictions based on tendencies (epidem. data)

• Everything can’t be fixed and difficult is still difficult

• As good as it gets-scenario: Cure sometimes, often treat, comfort always

• Most important job is to prevent chronification

• Do the basics even better! Mind your language!

• Focus on meaning, culture & healing narratives

• Stand up against professional disservice

• Take the leap from Mechanics to Strategies
