Tips and tricks 2 hours is a maximum time to present. More than 2 hours people tend to lose concentration.
For top executive who has very limited time, more little number of the slides, more better. Summarize your presentation in one or two slides which can describe all your objective.
Confidence come when you are ready
Never presenting your inability/ incompetence if you don’t want people see you like a fool.
When you must to present “the bad news”, always come with what you have done and proposed solutions.
If you are a team, ensure before presenting you already coordinate with your team or collegues or your superior, if you don’t want your team/collegues/superior "fire back" or withdraw their support from you
Never start an “open dialog” if it doesn’t need
Alway use positive words rather than negative words
