Jyothi  Rangaiah      A  rebel  by  nature  against  poor  practices  and  misinformed  beliefs  in  testing,  Jyothi  Rangaiah  has  been  testing  to  learn  and  learning  to  test  software  since  2005.  A  challenge  seeker  and  a  risk  assessor,  she  currently  tests  mobile  applications  and  web  applications.  Jyothi  is  the  editor  of  Women  Testers  online  magazine  and  an  assistant  facilitator  at  WTANZ,  the  weekend  testing  chapter  of  Australia  and  New  Zealand.  Jyothi  has  written  for  testing  online  magazines  and  has  been  featured  in  Testing  Circus  and  Teatime  with  Testers.  An  agile  enthusiast  experienced  in  building  agile  teams,  Jyothi  encourages  the  growth  of  testing  skills  such  as  analytical  and  critical  thinking.  Reach  her  on  Twitter  @aarjay.
