白汎埔Bart van Bueren | Waterarchitect創辦人/建築系客席教授 白是Waterarchitect 的創辦人，這是作為應對二十一世紀的氣候變遷所作的設計。城市和資 源能以永續發展的方式運用。白汎埔透過結合創業者、建築師、 工程師的能力,在他家鄉鹿特丹做了一個千米巨型的海上建築群。這個城市模型是國際知名的應對氣候適應方案。後來他的城市設計傳到美國、歐洲和亞洲，他成為 2008 年度的 NLengineers 的大獎得主。從 2012 年開始，白居住在台南，並且成為成功大學的關於三角洲設計(delta design) 客席教授。白曾經獲得 2006 年的 Deltacompetition , 2007的 NCRV Television Climateshow2009 年的 Zuid-Hollandprijs，2012 年的 Delta Water Award。白的學術成長結合建築和科技範疇。
